Why I do this

I spent my career in investment banking advising companies on how to buy and sell each other. What struck me was how much attention went to the largest deals and how little went to the businesses that actually hold the country together: founder-owned businesses operating in critical sectors that employ a large percentage of Britain's workforce.

Britain has hundreds of thousands of these businesses, and a great deal are owned by people who are ready to take a step back. Owners wishing to take a step back should be able to sell their business in a manner that preserves their business' legacy, retains existing employees and continues servicing customers.

I started doing this to provide a solution for business owners looking to sell their business while preserving their legacy.
